Job Description
Realterm is seeking an experienced Associate Pan European Asset Manager to join a pan-European real estate investment platform, with primary responsibility for the German portfolio. Based in Frankfurt, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving asset value, executing business plans, coordinating external property managers and managing key tenant and operational relationships across Germany.
Requirements
- Draft and support the execution of business plans required to create value in fund investments (leasing, development, redevelopment, repositioning, etc.)
- Coordinate commercial processes including negotiations with existing tenants and leasing of vacancies (lease negotiations, drafting lease contracts and annexes, and other third-party agreements)
- Manage and collaborate closely with leasing brokers
- Lead and coordinate external property managers across the German portfolio, working in close partnership with the internal Technical Manager to ensure operational excellence and execution of asset strategies
