As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape features early alongside PMs and engineers, carry them through delivery, and stay close enough to the data to know when something needs to be revisited.

Requirements

• Senior to lead-level product design experience with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership
• Strong interaction design, UX copy, and systems thinking across both mobile and web
• Experience designing for complex, workflow-heavy tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with PMs and engineers as a true thought partner
