Requirements

• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience or deep familiarity working with data science, machine learning, and matching algorithms
• Proven track record of defining, owning, and scaling complex platform products
• Deep understanding of the entire B2B lead generation lifecycle, lead qualification, and professional partner performance dynamics
