Principal Software Engineer

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flows
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Prompt Builder) and Data Cloud harmonization
• Mastery of integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and managing complex multi-org or consolidated environments
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (Shield, Event Monitoring) and its alignment with global standards like GDPR and CCPA
• At least one Architect-level certification (e.g., Application, System, or Integration Architect)
