The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
