Experienced/Senior Online Developer - Tech Team

We're seeking an experienced or senior back-end Online Developer to join our tech team, helping to build and support internal and external web APIs for our game engine team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Oxford or Warwick, UK, with relocation package available. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS, and be comfortable communicating with other teams to fix bugs and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a back-end developer
• Experience working within the games industry
• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue and React
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments
• Experience with software development tools and version control systems (Git; Perforce desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
