We are looking for a Graduate VFX Artist to join our passionate and growing VFX team to work on an exciting new large-scale project. The role involves creating real-time visual effects, working with tools such as Blender, Photoshop, Substance, and After Effects, and contributing to the development of a world-class team.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (or equivalent) with a portfolio that highlights real-time visual effects
- Comfortable working with tools such as Blender, Photoshop, Substance, and After Effects (or equivalent software)
- Solid grasp of particle system basics, including sprite and flipbook creation, as well as texture workflows for games
- Understanding of 2D particle texture creation techniques and how they bring effects to life in real time
- Ability to turn concept art and reference material into effects that feel exciting and believable in-game
- Any extra experience, whether from game jams, mods, internships, or professional projects, as well as familiarity with source control systems, will be seen as a valuable bonus
