Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Technical Artist to join our dynamic Technical Art team at Rebellion in Oxford, UK. As a Lead Technical Artist, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting AAA projects and lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance the overall art team.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable role having delivered at least one title through a full development cycle.
- Leadership experience guiding teams of Technical Artists, providing mentorship, and setting standards for quality and efficiency.
- Expert proficiency using Python in Art pipeline tools.
- Extensive experience with Maya, Blender or 3DS Max.
- Ability to work on unusually complex problems and provide solutions which are highly creative.
