Hybrid- Escrow Agent/Branch Manager

Rebuilt is a Private Equity-backed real estate firm looking for an Escrow Agent/Branch Manager to work with their Sales Agents to close title transactions in Texas. The role involves processing and preparing real estate transactions, responding to inquiries, and scheduling closings. The ideal candidate has experience in title insurance, investment-centric title processes, and branch/state management.

Requirements

• Licensed Title Insurance agent with 5 years of experience in real estate and/or title insurance
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of investment-centric title processes
• Branch/State Manager experience
• TDI yearly audit experience
• TX Data Call experience
• Monthly reconciliation oversight
