The role involves developing a plan to sell acquired properties, negotiating with investors, marketing properties, and managing the disposition process. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a competitive mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
- Previous sales experience in B2B, Real Estate, Auto, or Door-to-Door sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and drive sales results
