Job Description
The Production Line Lead I is responsible for ensuring quality products are assembled in support of customer dock dates, organizing and assigning work, and monitoring daily production results. They will also communicate with production line operators, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and provide training or disciplinary action as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years' of seat assembly or related manufacturing experience
- Trainer or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Ability to independently plan and prioritize tasks
- Ability to solve problems with little or no guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
