Job Description
As a flying receptionist, you are the first point of contact and ensure a smooth and professional functioning of the reception and office organization where you are deployed.
Requirements
- Manage meeting rooms, including reservations and organization of lunches and snacks
- Follow-up and management of office materials
- Routing of incoming phone calls
- Processing and follow-up of mailings
- Management of the mailbox
- Keeping guides and procedures up-to-date
- Training and supporting colleagues
- Creating badges
- Receiving and guiding visitors
