Job Description
Recidiviz is hiring a Director of Product to lead a high-performing team of product managers and build the systems that give the team clarity and stability. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of product management experience, strong communication and relationship skills, and a builder's mindset paired with strategic rigor.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management
- At least 5 years managing a team
- Experience coaching PMs toward management readiness
- Proven ability to build people systems from scratch
- Experience running recruiting at scale
- Strong strategic instincts
- Ability and willingness to travel
