Job Description
Recidiviz is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join their team. The role involves leading strategy and execution for one or more of their flagship product lines, translating real-world needs into smart product decisions, and driving product discovery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product management building user-facing software, a strong product sense, and technical fluency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management building user-facing software
- Strong product sense and strategic intuition
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and independently making calls with imperfect data
- Proven ability to collaborate with complex stakeholder relationships with empathy, diplomacy, and clarity
- Technical fluency and passion for our mission to make the criminal justice system more humane, equitable, and effective
