State Partnerships Manager (Harrisburg, PA)

Recidiviz is hiring a State Partnerships Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with state prison agencies, define and communicate Recidiviz's impact, and drive partnerships towards success. The role requires regular in-state travel and a connection to the criminal justice system or passion for doing work that matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, political strategy / lobbying, business development, policy, or similar role
• Experience working in or with state governments
• Ability to work in challenging environments
• Process leadership and documentation skills
• Comfortable with technology and data analysis
