Digital Media Manager (Multiple Roles)

We are Reckitt, a global team united by our purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are hiring Digital Media Managers to lead our digital campaign activations in-platform, overseeing media performance & developing campaign best practice.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on media experience (digital, retail media, programmatic, eCommerce, or paid social/search)
• Strong understanding of digital and/or retail media platforms
• Experience with ad servers and verification tools
• Proven experience managing or mentoring teams
• Solid understanding of campaign optimization, audience strategy, measurement, and performance delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in both English & French
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• High curiosity and eagerness to innovate and test new approaches
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
