Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate in English
