Job Description
We are Reckitt, a global team united by our purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in enabling the growth and effectiveness of Global Business Services (GBS) within the Warsaw Hub.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and local labor law
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational design
- Previous experience partnering to service centers or shared services organizations
- Experience as a people manager or in coaching/developing teams is highly desirable
