As our Talent Acquisition Advisor for Central Europe, you will shape hiring across the DACH region and the Nordics, partnering with R&D, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience (5+ years) in end-to-end recruitment in international or matrix environments.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent sourcing capabilities and understanding of competitive markets.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English.
• Experience recruiting for R&D, commercial, or industrial functions is appreciated.
