We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Europe Hub team to manage end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and build candidate relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency
• Proven expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, sourcing and assessing high-quality talent
• Experience managing candidate relationships with care, transparency, and professionalism
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple processes at once
