Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least sixteen (16) years of experience
- Advanced MS Excel training and knowledge
- Extensive knowledge with scheduling software
- Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Problem recognition and problem resolution skills
