Turnaround Mechanical Planner Scheduler (Technician II)

ReCon is seeking a Turnaround Mechanical Planner for a client in Orange, TX. This role will be approximately 15-20 months in duration. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Mechanical planning and scheduling for plant shutdowns and turnarounds.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain detailed Mechanical turnaround work plans and timelines.
• Work closely with the maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure all tasks are planned effectively and efficiently thru field and computer-based planning.
• Utilize SAP to manage work orders, materials, and ensure seamless integration of planning and execution activities.
• Review and ensure accuracy of Mechanical equipment data, ensuring that spare parts, work groups, and tools are identified and available prior to work execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the safe execution of turnaround activities, managing constraints such as resources, safety, and timelines.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure all turnaround activities comply with safety, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
