Account Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Manager to join the Record360 team, supporting senior team members in managing client relationships and driving the adoption of Record360’s software solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
