Senior Product Manager, Toronto Canada

This position is with Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America, an affiliate of Recordati. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for executing commercial plans for current and future Recordati Rare Diseases, Canada products.

Requirements

• Develop strategic and tactical plans for new and existing RRDC products
• Develop marketing communication materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects
• Manage product promotional budget
• Manage all related vendor relationships
• Manage relationships with specialty pharmacies and the RRD patient support program (PSP)
• Work with General Manager and Associate Marketing Director to set sales forecasts and provide ongoing guidance to team
• Help set reimbursement strategy including HTA assessments, pCPA, PLAs, provincial formulary management and private payer submissions/relations
• Help develop and plan convention/congress schedule
• Maintain compliance with all internal and external legal and regulatory guidelines and codes of practice
• Act in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organization
