Job Description
As a DUI Counselor at Recover Medical Group, you will provide education, counseling, and support services to individuals participating in court-mandated or DMV-referred Driving Under the Influence (DUI) programs. You will facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, maintain compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 9, and help clients meet the legal and behavioral health requirements necessary for program completion.
Requirements
- Certified or registered as a CADC-I, CADC-II, or equivalent AOD counselor credential recognized by DHCS.
- Knowledge of Title 9 DUI Program regulations and documentation requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience providing substance use counseling services, preferably in a DUI or outpatient setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
