Job Description
Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. seeks a Case Manager to assist clients living with substance use, mental health, and/or homelessness in a transitional housing program. The Case Manager will assess clients' needs, develop recovery plans, and link them to community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences
- Two years of experience in counseling
- Co-occurring competencies and/or credentials
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
