Technician (57944)

The Technician position at Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. involves working closely with staff to communicate client information, performing data entry, and providing medical billing services. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED), AS Degree or one year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Bilingual Spanish Strongly Preferred
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written or oral instructions
• Ability to write and/or enter correspondence into log or computer
• Considerable knowledge of federal and state laws regarding client confidentiality
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows
• Valid Connecticut drivers license is required
