Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales in the recruitment sector, preferably with experience in retained recruitment.
• Experience in market development and lead generation.
• Spanish and English language proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Result-oriented, with communication skills and a proven sales record in B2B.
