Requirements

• BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications is a plus)
• Native-level German (C2) & strong English (C1). French is a plus
• 20+ months in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing
• Experience with CRM tools & managing customer data
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach
• Strong analytical skills & market trend awareness
• Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking
• Knowledge of German business culture & regulations (GDPR)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
