What You Will Do

Build and scale full-stack systems, design and implement robust APIs, own workflow orchestration systems, develop and ship high-quality user-facing interfaces, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and backend systems (Python/Node)
• Experience working at early-stage or high-growth startups
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and system architecture
• Experience working closely with product and users in small teams
• Proven ability to handle complex backend systems and workflows

Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000 – $250,000 (up to $300K for exceptional candidates)
