Senior / Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

Design, build, and support scalable cloud-based applications and backend services. Collaborate closely with product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams. Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality standards across the organization.

What You Will Do

Own customer-facing product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems. Improve existing systems for performance, stability, and maintainability. Evaluate commercial and open-source technologies and contribute to technical strategy decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior or Staff-level Full Stack Engineer
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing products from 0→1
• Strong track record working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Experience operating at scale within AI startups, high-velocity SaaS companies, healthcare startups, or leading technology companies
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to drive technical decisions independently
• Demonstrated career progression and long-term ownership within previous companies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for AI and interest in healthcare technology
