Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize product operations and drive strategic alignment across teams. Collaborate with product management to define and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational strategies. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for product operations and management. Drive the implementation of tools and systems that streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or strategy roles. Proven track record of leading operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
