Job Description
The Business Analyst Specialist will work on the WIC MIS system, analyzing complex technical and business processes, prioritizing needs, and coordinating the gathering, development, and documentation of requirements. This is a contract position for 3 months.
Requirements
- 10 years Business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation
- Knowledge of Project Management Framework
- Knowledge of large-scale IT operations and information technology industry trends
- Skill in defining all types of requirements, functional specifications, and other deliverables
- Skill in interpersonal relationships, ability to negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel
- Ability to create clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation
- Ability to ensure accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements
