Job Description
The Telecommunications Manager 2 will provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms, as well as daily operational activities, incident management, problem resolution, and service availability. The candidate will also support ongoing and planned initiatives, provide vendor coordination and oversight, and ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in supervisory/management work, including providing clear direction to subordinates
- 7 years of experience with administration, maintenance, and design of Cisco VoIP solutions
- 5 years of experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment
- 5 years of experience with implementation and support of 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment
