Specification Manager

A leading provider of motorized shading, access control, and smart building solutions is seeking a Specification Manager to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The company works with premium clients across the architecture, design, and construction sectors, delivering cutting-edge automation and building technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in specification roles within the construction, building automation, or building technologies industry
• Proven track record in dealing with architectural and engineering consultants on project specifications
• In-depth knowledge of motorized shading systems, building management systems (BMS), guest room management systems (GRMS), access control, and IoT protocols (Zigbee, etc.)
• Proficient in reading and analyzing project documentation including MEP layouts and architectural drawings
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
