They're looking for an Independent Working Chef to work in a place where every day is different, with room for ideas and hospitality in capital letters.

Requirements

• In this role, you'll work together with the Chef to be responsible for the kitchen in our cozy restaurant.
• You'll receive support from the rest of the team and take care of the daily routine and progress in the kitchen.
• You'll be responsible for preparing dishes and taking care of inventory and ordering from suppliers.
• You'll provide input for the composition and changes to the menu.
• You'll take care of all preparatory work and preparations in the kitchen so that all dishes leave the kitchen on time and properly cared for
• You'll keep the work environment and kitchen equipment clean and ensure that any issues or defects are reported and you'll resolve small technical issues independently
• You'll evaluate the quality of the products/ingredients used, including freshness and shelf life
• You'll give the support staff instructions and guidance so that they can also contribute to the kitchen process
• You'll ensure compliance with regulations on safety, labor, HACCP, and work and presentation methods (house style) and maintain shelf life and hygiene
• You'll plan the daily activities and do the ordering of food and other inventory replenishments
• You'll receive, inspect, and record the orders as soon as they are delivered. You'll also handle inventory management and inspect and account for the used quantities of raw materials and semi-finished products
• You'll provide input for the menu and work instructions and develop recipes. You'll also discuss menu variations for groups
