Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller to support the continued growth of UNS, an internationally operating architecture firm. The role involves strengthening and further professionalizing the business control structure within a dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, or comparable
• Proven experience as a Business Controller
• Business savvy and innovative mindset
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete actions
• Experience with process improvement, standardization, and automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
