Role Overview

You will work as a Customer Relations Specialist in a stationary office in Turku, supporting customers in choosing the best banking products and services, and building long-term relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include supporting customers, offering and promoting banking products, implementing individual and team sales tasks, and working in accordance with applicable procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• minimum of secondary education
• minimum of one year of experience in banking
• ability to communicate in English at a communicative level
• category B driving license
