Job Description
Recurly is looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in MedellĂn. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who will ensure our complex integrations are bulletproof, our automated workflows are scalable, and our "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle is optimized for high-velocity SaaS operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally for a mid-market to enterprise-level company ($50M+)
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Based in or near MedellĂn, Colombia, with the ability to work in a synchronized fashion with our North American teams.
