Job Description
Red Alpha Data Science is expanding its data engineering team in Northern Virginia to modernize their customer's data environment and optimize user access to mission-essential data. The role involves modernizing the data lake, building scalable data architecture using AWS, and expanding the team's capabilities in areas like AI/ML and data discovery. Requirements
- Proficiency with a scripting language such as R or Python
- Experience with data science techniques and algorithms (classification, clustering, deep learning, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience with Java and Spring Framework
- 1+ year of experience with AWS
- 1+ year of experience with Elasticsearch
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- 4+ years of recent Java and Spring Framework experience
