Software Engineer

Red Badger is a company that delivers high-quality digital products using a lean delivery process and multidisciplinary teams. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The role involves working with clients to shape and move projects forward, contributing to production-grade code bases, and upskilling and embedding good development practices in client teams.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience in one or more programming languages in both frontend and backend of the stack
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Versed in modern software delivery practices
• Passion for the craft of software development
• Ability to adapt to new languages and frameworks
• Ability to coach and support peers
