Job Description
Join Red Bull Powertrains as a Mechanical Engineer to help redefines F1 power unit technology and push the limits of innovation and manufacturing. As part of the ERS Power unit Energy Store Design Team, you will apply physics from first principles and knowledge of cutting-edge technology to create high-performance PU hardware.
Requirements
- Previous experience in developing detailed requirements from an Engineering scope
- Competence in using one of the main CAD packages to produce 3D models and 2D Engineering drawings
- Experience in delivering Engineering direction when presented with imperfect data
- Mechanical (or similar discipline) Engineering degree or equivalent qualification or experience
- Experience of successful fault investigation, containment, and rectification
- Experience in designing for manufacture to improve quality, reduce cost and reduce Leadtime without sacrificing performance
