Job Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the region's indirect channel, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model, and leading a team of sales coordinators to achieve excellent customer service and continuous brand development.
Requirements
- Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area.
- Definition of a long-term distribution model for the area.
- Encourages the Distribution Partner Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand.
- Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in the area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations.
- Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods in the area.
