Principal Product and Test Engineer

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Director of Product and Test Engineering to lead the transition of hardware platforms from validated prototypes to scalable, production-ready products.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry
• Deep experience with both silicon (semiconductor) and system-level hardware
• Proven track record of taking hardware from prototypes to volume production
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs and driving product launches
• Experience in semiconductor technology development, system integration, and technology scouting
• Experience in prototyping, productization, and validation of semiconductor systems
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and risk mitigation strategies
• Expertise in scaling test infrastructure, supply chain coordination, and managing pilot to production ramp-ups
• Strong leadership in building and scaling manufacturing readiness processes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, GTM (go-to-market), and customer integration teams
• Ability to lead and communicate across internal teams and external partners
