Product Operations Manager

TARA Mind is seeking a Product Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the company, driving disciplined project management and managing the core operational cadence that keeps the business running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product ops, project management, or business operations (startup experience preferred)
• Direct experience in health-tech and/or clinical operations
• Strong experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, HubSpot, and BI platforms
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product execution
• Familiarity with financial operations in a venture-backed environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives cross-functionally
• Builder mindset with a bias for action and process creation
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
