Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack (Seattle, WA)

Requirements

• 10+ years building production web applications across backend and front-end layers
• Strong proficiency with Python, Go, or Typescript, plus experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.)
• Proven ownership of distributed systems, API-driven architectures, and cloud-native services
• Broad experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and data modeling best practices
• Strong understanding of UI architecture principles and front-end performance fundamentals
• Ability to influence engineering strategy, guide architectural decisions, and drive technical alignment across teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
