Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to oversee daily operations on site, ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to specification. The successful candidate will have strong trade experience, strong leadership and team management skills, and be able to manage teams, coordinate resources effectively, and maintain high quality standards across all tasks.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors
- Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to team members
- Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality control on site
- Enforce health and safety regulations at all times
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Track progress and report site updates to management
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials on site
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal downtime
