Job Description
The HR People Consultant helps ensure that each client’s human capital serves the best interests of the company by performing various HR tasks, including advising management on policies and procedures, developing HR policies, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, business administration, or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of corporate or consultative HR exposure/experience required.
- Excellent computer skills including being proficient in MS Word/Excel/Access/Powerpoint is a must.
- Experience with benefits & compensation.
- An ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
