Job Description
Assists the Beverage Manager in creating and implementing a strategy for the Beverage department, supervises team members, and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of relevant management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Appropriate licenses and ServSafe certification
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and Point-of-Sale systems
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
