Job Description
Provides prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous beverage service to casino guests. Performs tasks to service guests, monitors guest needs, and maintains a clean and neat gaming area. Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model.

- Cleans unwanted debris from the guests gaming area
- Practices full tray in, full tray out at all times
- Helps refill beverage supplies at all service stations
- Requests identification from guests in accordance with company policy
- Utilizes proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender
- Helps keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary
- Maintains thorough knowledge of casino food and beverage selections
- Stays current on department and property knowledge and promotions
- Follows all C.A.R.E. guidelines to help assist with guests' responsible consumption
- Performs all other duties as assigned
